CSSCF Mission: To identify and support the development of evidence-informed programs and services aimed at improving the lives of children, youth, and families from diverse social contexts.

The Centre for the Study of Services to Children and Families (CSSCF) was established with a five-year infrastructure grant from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation. The Centre focuses on identifying effective services for children and families with an emphasis on serving diverse populations. The Centre aims to develop research for evidence-based practice and train the next generation of researchers through graduate and undergraduate research assistant support. Funding for projects has come from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, provincial sources, and appropriate foundation funding

We acknowledge that the CSSCF is situated on the unceded and ancestral lands of the Syilx (Okanagan) Peoples.
